Periodicals setup is confusing - limited instruct

I'm getting ready to cancel my periodicals subscription unless I can get some help. How about a FAQ, or some way to get support?

I'm always ready to help, and my email address is published on the site. Usually I reply to questions within 2 hours, but you should know, I'm in the GMT+3 timezone, and don't read emails at night time.

I tried several times to use this local site. I hope the techaicnl hitch is resolved and I willpost regularly if there is a good response up ahead. I regularly contribute to theBirmingham Forum site where I have found lots of interest around Aston Villa F.CPuzzles and Jokes also details of family geneaology I hope to link up soon- Wakawaits
